Ohio Oswald Companies Partners with Wellness Coaches USA

Oswald Companies announced this week that it will offer employers an on-site wellness coaching service through an exclusive partnership with Wellness Coaches USA. This service provides face-to-face, personalized support to help employees make healthy lifestyle changes. Employees with fewer health risks means lower healthcare and workers’ compensation costs and increased productivity for employers, the Oswald written statement said.

Wellness Coaches USA specializes in onsite worksite wellness coaching and has granted Oswald Companies exclusive distribution rights for the entire state of Ohio. The partnership combines Oswald’s expertise in group benefits, workers’ compensation, and population health management with Wellness Coaches USA’s track record of success in lowering healthcare costs and improving worker productivity through its innovative coaching service, the Oswald release said.

“There’s no doubt that health care and lost-time costs are hurting businesses in today’s global marketplace,” said Neil Quinn, director of strategic health management services for Oswald Companies. “The lion’s share of these costs is driven by modifiable health risks and preventable chronic health conditions. Employee health information is kept confidential, avoiding problems associated with medical privacy.
