Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff, P.C. (CEF&U) of Southefield, Mich., announced that Allen J. Wall has joined the law firm as an associate, bringing nearly 35 years of specialized practice experience in the field of workers’ disability compensation.
An expert in workers’ disability compensation, Wall has practiced throughout southern Michigan, counseling individuals, corporations and insurance companies on this issue. In addition, he has presented at numerous seminars and has served as an expert witness in the field of workers’ disability compensation.
Most recently, Wall was a partner at Sommers Schwartz, P.C. in Southfield, Mich., where he worked for 28 years representing companies in workers’ compensation litigation and was responsible for the defense workers’ compensation department.
Prior, he worked at Plunkett & Cooney, P.C. in Detroit, for more than six years as an attorney specializing in workers’ disability compensation issues. Wall began his career in 1970 as an anti-trust attorney with the Automobile Manufacturers Association in Detroit.
