Scott Penny, regional executive vice president of Brown & Brown, Inc. and Kevin Mandrell and William Lantrip, principals of Diversified Insurance Brokerage Group, Inc. of Indianapolis, Ind. recently announced the asset acquisition of Diversified Insurance Brokerage Group, Inc. by a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc.
Diversified Insurance Brokerage Group, with annualized revenues of approximately $1 million, is a retail commercial insurance agency specializing in serving the employee benefits needs of clients in Indianapolis and throughout the Hoosier state. Kevin Mandrell and Bill Lantrip will be joining Brown & Brown’s existing Indianapolis office, under the leadership of Eric Anderson.
Brown & Brown, Inc. and its subsidiaries offer insurance and reinsurance products and services, as well as risk management, third party administration, managed health care, and Medicare set-aside services and programs.
