Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Burns & Wilcox recently announced that it has appointed Steve Treppa as its director of information technology. In his new position, he will be responsible for setting and implementing the company’s national IT strategy.
Treppa joined Burns & Wilcox from Rader, Fishman and Grauer PLLC, where he was the director of information technology responsible for managing and directing the IT function of the intellectual property law firm. Prior to joining Rader, Fishman and Grauer, he was the network engineer/legal technology manager at the law firm Dykema Gossett PLLC.
Based in Farmington Hills, Mich., Burns & Wilcox identifies itself as North America’s largest managing general agent with 36 offices in 24 states and employing more than 900 people.
