The Michigan Insurance Hall of Fame (MIHOF) is now accepting nominations for its 16th annual induction ceremony Wednesday, Aug. 19 on the Olivet College campus.
The MIHOF recognizes individuals who have made a significant contribution to or have had a special impact on the insurance and risk management industry. Past inductees have been leaders or innovators in their fields who have impacted the ability of the insurance and risk management industries to serve the public.
The MIHOF was established at Olivet College in 1994 as a way to honor Michigan insurance and risk management industry professionals. An election panel, representing a cross-section of the insurance and risk management business, identifies leaders or innovators who have made significant contributions in five areas: education, exemplary service, legislative activity, product/service development and recruiting new participants.
