Giant insurance broker Brown & Brown Inc. has acquired an Indiana-based agency with $1.3 million in revenues.
Brown & Brown acquired the assets of One Source Insurance, Inc. of Noblesville, which sells individual and group life, health, and other employee benefits products and services to individuals, businesses and organizations throughout Indiana.
R. John Elmer, president of One Source Insurance, Inc., of Noblesville, Indiana, announced and his staff will continue to operate from the existing Noblesville office.
