New Wisconsin Consumer Complaint Form in Spanish

September 21, 2009

Spanish-speaking Wisconsinites who want to file an insurance-related complaint can now do it online.

The state Department of Insurance has a new online complaint form that allows the filer to complete it all in Spanish.

The department says more than 900 complaints have been filed online since the option began in February. It says adding a Spanish form online removes another barrier to consumers who are challenged by the English forms.

The form can be accessed on the Web site at http://oci.wi.gov.
