Carmel, Ind.-based Shepherd Insurance Agency has acquired employee benefits services firm, DeTrude & Company.
DeTrude & Company, also a central Indiana-based firm, was founded in 1980 by Keith DeTrude. Its client roster includes best-in-class businesses across all sectors, including top area law firms, manufacturers, service organizations and governmental agencies.
DeTrude & Company will now operate from the headquarters of Shepherd Insurance at 1200 West Carmel Drive, in Carmel, Ind.
