Ohio Department of Insurance Director Mary Jo Hudson that Lynette Baker, a division chief of the Department’s Market Conduct Division, has received the Paul L. DeAngelo Memorial Teaching Award.
This award, given by the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES) Foundation in recognition of excellence in insurance education, was awarded to Baker at the 2010 IRES Foundation National School on Market Regulation, held in Chicago April 18-20.
The Paul L. DeAngelo Memorial Teaching Award in Recognition of Excellence in Insurance Education annually honors an insurance regulator, or former regulator, who has continually committed himself/herself to insurance regulatory education through his/her commitment to increasing and improving insurance regulatory knowledge, and through excellence in education regulators, industry and the public.
