The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission reported that Commissioner Barbara Sherman has resigned effective Oct.25, 2010.
Sherman has served on the Commission for 20 years.
Commissioner Gore will cover oral arguments scheduled in Springfield on October 26 and 27. The Commission will make every effort to cover future oral arguments and review calls. If any schedule changes are necessary, they will be posted in advance on the Commission Web site.
