Indiana-based HCC Medical Insurance Services LLC (HCCMIS), a subsidiary of HCC Insurance Holdings Inc., has appointed Sue Kauth as vice president of Operations.
Kauth will be responsible for the Claims, Client Relations, Compliance and IT departments.
Before joining HCCMIS, Kauth began her own company, Resolutions Advisory Group LLC. She provided consulting services to health systems, hospitals, managed care systems and other healthcare-related vendors. Kauth also previously held various positions at CoreSource, where she worked for 15 years.
Kauth replaces former HCCMIS vice president of Operations, Tracy Hastings.
