The impact of last weekend’s storm in St. Louis is still being felt as thousands of owners of homes and cars continue to make, or await, repairs.
Hail the size of baseballs, even softballs, fell in some parts of the St. Louis region on Saturday. The president of one repair company told KMOX Radio that information from insurance companies indicates that up to 50,000 cars in the area were damaged.
Many repair shops are bringing in extra help from out of state to meet demand.
