Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquired Heiser Insurance Agency Inc. in Morton, Ill.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Heiser Insurance Agency is a retail insurance broker providing retail property/casualty, employee benefits and risk management insurance services for commercial clients throughout the Midwestern. They specialize in both the transportation and manufacturing industries.
Sam Parrott and his team will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of Thomas J. Gallagher, head of Gallagher’s Midwest retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
Itasca, Ill.-based Arthur J. Gallagher has operations in 18 countries.
