Aon Risk Solutions Adds West as Senior VP in Chicago

Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon plc, has added Max West as senior vice president in its Chicago office

West will leverage his more than 15 years of experience as an underwriter and broker of environmental and professional liability insurance to provide clients with industry-leading solutions. West specializes in customizing, negotiating and placing environmental insurance for all types of transactions, including but not limited to coverage for developers, lenders, owners and sellers.

He has been involved in numerous transactions involving transfers of businesses or real estate, ranging from brownfield deals to portfolios of more than one thousand properties. Through this experience, he has developed a critical appreciation for the key commercial drivers behind such transactions and the flexibility, creativity and speed needed to close deals.
