Risk risk management firm, HNI, has appointed Chad Tisonik as its Wisconsin location president.
Tisonik’s new role as president is a milestone for the firm. It marks the first time HNI Wisconsin will be managed by a non-family member of the founder since the company’s inception in 1963.
Tisonik replaces Mike Natalizio as president effective Oct. 1, allowing Natalizio to focus on growing the business as CEO. HNI posted 35 percent in growth in 2012 and acquired a Minneapolis-based firm.
Tisonik previously led the advisory practice at HNI. He has 26 years of experience in risk management.
Along with its New Berlin and Minneapolis locations, HNI also has offices in Grand Rapids, Mich., and Inverness, Ill.
