Keystone Insurers Group announced that Williams-Manny Inc. of Rockford, Ill., has become its second franchise partner in Illinois.
Keystone, with partner agencies in nine states, is pursuing a strategy of rapid expansion into the Prairie State.
As is the case with all of Keystone’s franchise partners, Williams-Manny, led by President Dan Ross, will retain its agency name and independent-agency status.
Williams-Manny Inc. (WMI) was founded in 1896 by Henry “Hank” Williams. WMI currently has 83 employees, 11 principals, and locations in Rockford and Freeport.
Keystone Insurers Group (KIG), headquartered in Northumberland, Pa., is owned by its franchise partners and employees in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana and Ohio. In addition, KIG conducts business in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Illinois.
