Five Star Professional has named local Naperville insurance agent, Thomas D. Evans from Esser Hayes Insurance Group, as a recipient of the 2013 Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professionals Award. This is the second year Evans has been selected to receive this honor.
Five Star Professional partnered with Chicago magazine to find insurance agents who have proven to be outstanding in their field by receiving high client satisfaction ratings and exceeding objectives criteria involving experience, production levels and disciplinary history. This select group represents less than one percent of insurance professionals in the area.
Award candidates were identified through nominations received by consumers. A survey was provided to all Chicago residents (more than 12,700 households surveyed) who purchased home/auto insurance within a 12-month period (March 2012 to March 2013).
Five Star Professional conducts market-specific research to identify service professionals who provide quality services to their clients. Five Star Professional was founded in 2003 and is based in Minneapolis, Minn.
