Chicago-based CNA Financial Corp. has appointed Naveen Baweja vice president of analytics.
Baweja will provide leadership and support to the underwriting transformation initiatives component of the CNA Enterprise Roadmap, with a focus on enhancing the company’s data and analytics capabilities.
CNA’s Enterprise Roadmap is a multiyear investment to improve business processes and technology.
Baweja comes to CNA with has more than 15 years of experience spanning financial services, technology, management consulting and entrepreneurship. Most recently, he served as the head of a startup venture company. Prior to that, Baweja led strategy at Canara HSBC Life Insurance and held a number of consulting engagements at McKinsey & Company.
