Itasca, Ill.-based Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has appointed Vishal Jain as chief service officer and corporate vice president. Jain currently oversees the company’s service center operations.
In this new role, he will lead Gallagher’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer service while improving operational efficiency and quality across divisions. He will report directly to J. Patrick Gallagher Jr., chairman, president and chief executive officer.
Since 2004, Jain has been instrumental in the establishment, ramp up and ongoing management of the Gallagher Service Center, which provides data management, document processing and quality control support to the company’s operating divisions and ultimately the firm’s customers.
Prior to joining Gallagher, he spent over 15 years as a management consultant with Bridge Strategy Group, Renaissance Solutions and McKinsey & Company, assisting Fortune 1000 companies in addressing a range of strategic and operational issues.
