Chicago, Ill.-based Berkley Fire and Marine Underwriters hired Chris Beckman as operations and risk management director. He is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Beckman will be responsible for underwriter support in systems, risk management and risk control efforts for the company.
Beckman most recently served as vice president of operations and risk management for a large national carrier. He has held home office risk control positions and has over 30 years of industry experience.
