Peoria, Ill.-based specialty insurer, RLI Corp., has promoted Jill Johnson to vice president, Branch Operations. She will continue to maintain oversight responsibility for RLI’s branch operations and product support for RLI’s transactional business.
Johnson joined RLI in 1993 as underwriter, Specialty Markets, and held various roles within the underwriting department before transitioning to an operations role in 2004. She was promoted to assistant vice president, Branch Operations, in 2004.
Johnson has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and extensive underwriting and insurance operations expertise. Prior to joining RLI, she served in underwriting and marketing roles at CIGNA, Pearl & Associates and Pekin Insurance Co.
