Lockton Benefit Group, based in Kanas City, Mo., has added Dr. Ronald S. Leopold to its national Lockton Health Risk Solutions practice.
As leader of the practice, Dr. Leopold will combine his clinical knowledge with Lockton’s proprietary InfoLock data intelligence platform to improve employers’ abilities to identify trends and respond to what’s driving the cost of health. He will also work closely with Lockton’s client service teams to advise employers on developing targeted health management programs to address the continuum of health issues across their working population.
Dr. Leopold has vast experience in employee benefits. He previously served as national practice leader – Health Outcomes with Willis Towers Watson and as national health and productivity practice leader for Wells Fargo Insurance Services. He also worked as the National Medical Director for MetLife.
He is a boarded Occupational Medicine Physician, holding a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Public Health from Boston University.
