Columbus, Ohio-based Grange Insurance has added Terri Dalenta as executive vice president, chief financial officer.
Dalenta will lead Grange’s financial management, enterprise risk management and investments, as well as maintain the company’s financial strength.
She has more 25 years in the property/casualty and life insurance industry, and most recently served as SVP of Property Product Management for Allstate Insurance in Chicago.
Prior to Allstate, Dalenta served as EVP and chief risk officer for Aviva North America and then served in the company’s London headquarters as risk framework director. She also previously served as chief risk officer and corporate chief actuary for Safeco Insurance.
A veteran of the industry, she started her career in the late 1980s with Aetna Life and Casualty. She’s also held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting, LLP and Travelers Insurance.
