Insurance broker Lockton’s Chicago employee benefits operation has added Arturo Fisher as a global total rewards consultant.
Fisher has more than 27 years of experience in global HR consulting. In his various roles, he has developed compensation and benefits programs in more than 80 countries for organizations of all sizes in a wide variety of industries.
Fisher most recently served as vice president of the International Practice at HUB International Midwest, and principal and director of the International Consulting Practice at Laurus Strategies, now a HUB International company. Fisher was also managing director at Global Reward Solutions and a Partner at Hewitt Associates, now Aon Hewitt.
