Hub International Midwest, a division of global insurance brokerage Hub International Limited (HUB), has added Edward W. McConnell and Clint W. Anderson in Chicago.
McConnell joins as senior vice president, national staffing practice leader, responsible for employee benefits brokerage and consulting services with a national focus on the staffing and PEO industry.
Anderson joins as president, specialty practices.
They will be based in the Hub International Midwest Chicago office and will report to Neil Hughes, president, Hub International Northern Region.
McConnell has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry servicing middle and large market employers. He has worked with some of the nation’s largest staffing and PEO organizations and has helped to develop proprietary products and strategies as it relates to the contingent workforce.
McConnell is active with the Northern Illinois Association of Health Underwriters.
Anderson has more than 19 years of experience in the insurance industry and previously controlled the largest book of business for his prior employer, along with servicing three of the top 10 staffing customers in the insurance industry. Anderson also previously owned his own agency and third-party administration service that was sold in 2006.
