MJ Insurance has added Ryan Goodwin to its risk management and commercial insurance team in Indiana.
Goodwin joins MJ from Morgan Insurance Group in Martinsville where he worked for the past five years. Previously, Goodwin served as a police officer in the Town of Mooresville.
Goodwin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. Goodwin also brings a passion for community and civic engagement to his role at MJ having served as both a County Council Member in Morgan County and as a Town Council Member in Mooresville. Additionally, in 2015, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence appointed Goodwin as a member of the Indiana Medicaid Advisory Committee.
MJ Insurance is a property-casualty and employee benefits agency that, since 1964, has grown from a two-person start-up to an agency with more than 145 employees in both Phoenix and Indianapolis.
