NetRate Systems Adds Lewis as Director of Client Services

Okemos, Michigan-based insurance industry software provider, NetRate Systems, has hired Jeff Lewis as director of Client Services.

Lewis has more than 15 years of industry experience, which includes heading multiple software support groups. He has also served as head of application development at an international carrier for multiple different domestic business units in its commercial insurance operation.

Lewis is responsible for NetRate’s Client Services team, which is tasked with delivering on NetRate’s commitment to outstanding customer service. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of this team, which includes efficient onboarding of new clients, project management for solution additions and changes for existing clients, and processing general support requests.
