Hammond Named Director of Insurance Operations at Ohio’s Wichert Insurance

Wichert Insurance in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, has appointed Robin Hammond as director of Insurance Operations.

In this role, Hammond will assume responsibility for the day to day account manager and service personnel using the Vertafore AMS360 Imagewrite/Worksmart system to assure that each agency platform is optimizing the customer experience.

Hammond has more than 20 years of experience in both company and agency operations, and holds the CPCU and CIC professional insurance designations.

Wichert Insurance Services Inc. provides a platform and operations base for multiple LLCs and S-Corps that are owned by principal partners from legacy businesses, acquisitions or organic new production.
