AssuredPartners Acquires Ohio’s Carriage Insurance Agency

AssuredPartners Inc. has acquired Carriage Insurance Agency Inc. located in Hudson, Ohio.

Carriage Insurance is a general insurance agency who will continue to operate under the leadership of Bill Landess. In operation in Hudson since 1983, the agency currently reports annualized revenues of $1.1 million.

Headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, and led by Jim Henderson and Tom Riley, AssuredPartners acquires and invests in insurance brokerage businesses (property/casualty, employee benefits, surety and MGUs) across the United States and in London.
