GuideOne Insurance in West Des Moines, Iowa, has appointed Chris Ward as vice president of Distribution Management.
In this role, Ward is responsible for driving and supporting attainment of GuideOne’s strategic plan through managing its independent agency, wholesaler and alternative distribution relationships. He will create and execute the overall distribution strategy for the organization, soliciting new partnerships, while developing and managing key relationships.
Ward joins GuideOne from CNA Financial Corporation, where he served as assistant vice president of Sales & Distribution.
