Surplus lines broker and managing general agency J.M. Wilson has promoted Christine Russon to corporate trainer in its Portage, Michigan, office.
She will be responsible for new employee onboarding and training, continued training and development for all employees, and improving training processes.
Russon has been with J.M. Wilson for five years, most recently as an underwriter in the Property/Casualty department.
