Trustmark Mutual Holding Co., a national employee benefits provider headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, has selected Britt Lindley as its new chief information security officer (CISO).
Lindley has more than three decades of experience in Information Security and IT. For the last nine years, he served as a VP and CISO for Thrivent Financial, a Fortune 500 not-for-profit financial services organization.
Prior to Thrivent, he held IT leadership positions with Schneider National, Marconi Communications, PNC Bank and ANSYS Inc.

Lindley served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1988-2004. He was awarded the Bronze Star in 2003 during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1982 to 1986.
Lindley is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
