New Jersey-based World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA) has acquired Insurance Solution Network LLC (ISN) of Villa Park, Ill.
Terms of the Nov. 1 transaction were not disclosed.
ISN, led by President Daniel Berlin, has been serving the Chicago area for more than 30 years. ISN provides a range of insurance solutions to meet the needs of its clients. The firm is a generalist but specializes in light manufacturing and employee benefits.
The acquisition gives WIA a Chicago-area location and increases its presence in Illinois, WIA’s announcement said.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel and Scali Group advised WIA on the transaction. Connell Foley provided legal counsel and The Manhattan Group advised ISN on the transaction. No other advisors, diligence firms or legal counsel were disclosed.
