Acrisure, a fintech company that runs a global insurance broker, announced that it has acquired Columbus, Ohio-based QuickInsured, a tech-centered insurance agency.
Acrisure will now have use of QuickInsured’s proprietary digital “sales funnel,” which customizes insurance offerings for customers, and will work with Acrisure’s real estate transactions, Acrisure officials said in a news release.
Acrisure, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has grown by 10-fold in the last eight years, now with $3.5 billion in revenue. QuickInsured notes that it writes home, auto and business coverage from a number of national property insurers. Jerry Batt is CEO.
