Stonetrust Workers’ Compensation Insurance Co. will begin writing workers’ compensation coverage in Iowa and Georgia effective October 1st, the company said. This announcement follows the Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based company’s recent financial strength fating upgrade to A- Excellent by AM Best.
“We are excited to begin writing coverage in Iowa and Georgia and look forward to growing our First Choice brand in both states,” said Stonetrust CEO and president, Michael Dileo. “This is a natural progression of our expansion strategy, and these markets were the next logical choices.
Stonetrust is a Nebraska-domiciled company providing workers’ compensation and employers’ liability insurance in 12 states. The firm expanded into Alabama and Kansas in 2021.
