Higginbotham has acquired Botson Insurance Group of Avon, Ohio. This move extends the Texas firm’s presence across Ohio, as Higginbotham formed a similar collaboration with western Ohio’s Community Insurance Group, Ltd. earlier this year.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Botson offers personal and business insurance. The agency offers special business insurance programs for trade contractors, trucking companies, landscapers and equipment dealers.
