OneDigital, an insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, has acquired RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders, a property & casualty firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
RiskSOURCE, founded in 1977 and licensed in 46 states, specializes in customized risk management and insurance solutions for businesses and individuals. The 25-member RiskSOURCE team will continue to be led by Jonathan Theders and Amanda Shults as they join forces with OneDigital’s Mid-Atlantic region, consisting of 33 offices and over 520 employees.
The partnership with RiskSOURCE provides OneDigital with a targeted opportunity to further integrate property & casualty services into the OneDigital portfolio for thousands of individuals and businesses. Similarly, the partnership will increase RiskSOURCE’s access to national P&C resources while enhancing its personal and business client solutions to include employee benefits, HR, wealth management, retirement plan services, Medicare and pharmaceutical benefits.
