King Risk Partners announced the acquisition of Barker, Beck, Collins & Kronauge Agency (BBC&K), an independent insurance firm in Dayton, Ohio.
BBC&K was founded in founded in 1923. Over the decades, the agency has expanded its expertise in auto, home, and business insurance while also refining its group health and long-term care departments to meet growing demand.
Malcolm King, CEO of King Risk Partners, said the acquisition reinforces the broker’s ability to provide top-tier service in the Midwest region.
