World Insurance Associates LLC announced that it acquired the business of ACB Insurance Inc. (“ACB”) of Indianapolis, Indiana on June 1, 2025. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ACB provides insurance to individuals, families and businesses. The agency is led by Corey Kunkleman, who joined ACB in 2003 as President.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel and MidCap Advisors advised World on the transaction. Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA LAW) provided legal counsel. No other advisors, diligence firms, or legal counsel were disclosed.
