New ACORD Awards will be given out at the ACORD Annual Conference this May 19-21 in Orlando, Fla.
These awards will recognize companies who have either implemented ACORD standards for a particular business process to improve automation, redesigned a business process by using ACORD standards as part of that implementation, or have implemented ACORD standards with the widest number of trading partners, according to Tana Sabatino, assistant vice president, ACORD.
This year’s awards program will also recognize early implementers of the P&C Reinsurance/Large Commercial XML 2.0 standards, and implementers of the ACORD/NAILBA and ACORD/NAVA standards.
“Being recognized as a market leader in adopting standards is critical for competing in today’s marketplace,” said Gregory Maciag, CEO and president, ACORD. “This awards program gives companies and solution providers the opportunity to gain that recognition directly from ACORD.”
