The International Mass Marketing Association (IMMA) still is accepting registrations from agents, brokers and carrier representatives for its 2002 Annual Conference, to be held May 19-22 in Jacksonville, Fla. at the Hilton Riverfront Hotel.
An excellent agenda has been finalized for property/casualty mass-marketers who want to stay on top of their game, said IMMA President Lowell Engelhard, of Providence Insurance Agency, Inc., Charlotte, N.C. Speakers from such well-known companies as KPMG, Eastbridge Consulting, Rewards Plus, A.M. Best, Gartner Research Group, Xerox and Baetis will be on hand.
The conference theme is “Evolving in the Marketplace.” Topics include: “P/C Industry – 2002 and Beyond,” “One-to-One Marketing and the Power of CRM,” “P/C Markets and Current Results,” “The Insurance Revolution – New Directions for a Traditional Industry,” “Opportunities and Challenges of Worksite Marketing,” “Customized Benefit Communication,” and “Smart Communications – Maintaining Relationships with Customers.” Industry panels will examine trends in worksite marketing as well as changes at carriers.
“Many networking opportunities will present themselves for everyone, including a welcome reception, river cruise on a luxury yacht on the lovely St. Johns River, and our annual golfing event,” remarked Engelhard.
For registration information, call IMMA at (800) 949-4446.
