Navigators Pro Adds Cyber Privacy to Lawyers Liability Policy

Navigators Pro has introduced the Cyber Privacy InNAVation, a coverage endorsement for its primary lawyers professional liability policy.

Cyber Privacy InNAVation provides enhanced liability coverage protection for law firms that are legally obligated to pay covered losses related to a violation of the right to privacy or a privacy regulation, or the unauthorized disclosure of personal information, resulting from the performance of their duties.

Cyber Privacy InNAVation also offers an additional remediation coverage with a separate limit of $25,000 for development of or improvements to a law firm’s network security systems.

The Cyber Privacy InNAVation endorsement is underwritten by Navigators Insurance Co. and Navigators Specialty Insurance Co., which are both rated “A” (Excellent) by A.M. Best.
