Kel Plasket has joined Marsh, Berry & Co. as vice president to coordinate their new Agency/Broker Operations Division. Plasket has 25 years of hands-on experience in all areas of agency operations including sales manager, agency owner, CEO, and operations consultant for agents and brokers of all sizes.
Plasket will work with agents and brokers in developing specific processes that provide greater operational efficiencies, increased sales capabilities, improved retention and additional client services. He is now responsible to ensure that all MarshBerry clients are guaranteed a positive return on investment as a result of his services.
Marsh, Berry & Co. Inc., founded in 1981, is a management-consulting firm for the financial services industry and provides consulting services for independent insurance agency owners and brokers.
