Britt/Paulk Insurance earned the Target Markets Program Administrators Association’s (TMPAA) Best Practice Designation at the association’s recent Mid Year Meeting in Baltimore, Md.
Program administrators qualify for the TMPAA Best Practices designation program by seeking out greater efficiencies in the way they currently do business and serving as a best in class operation. The process includes surveys, onsite evaluations by experts and a final report.
“We at Britt Paulk are especially proud to know that our agency has qualified and operates under these stringent criteria to be awarded the Best Practice Designation,” said John Paulk, CEO of Britt/Paulk Insurance. “It is a proud day for us to have accomplished this level of excellence.”
Bill Kronenberg, TMPAA President who presented the designation stated, “The Association’s program administrators must continue to enhance and improve program management skills in order for this industry segment to remain a viable element of the greater insurance industry. The Best Practice Designation puts a spotlight on our members who are making this effort.”
The Association’s Mid Year Event was attended by more than 500 program business professionals, including 50 program carriers.
