CNA insurance companies recently formalized its relationship with SeaPass Solutions, Inc. to support the expansion of on-line quoting resources for its small business agents and brokers. Through the SeaPass Hub platform, a comparative commercial lines quoting tool, CNA’s distribution partners can impact their productivity by obtaining real-time quotes, proposals and issuance of policies across multiple carriers for their small business customers.
“We are listening to our agents and working to provide valuable business insurance solutions,” said Barbara Flanigan, vice president of Business Process & Technology, CNA Small Business. “This formal agreement with SeaPass expands the on-line quoting resources available to our agents – including CNA Central, CNA’s proprietary real-time quoting solution, as well as other third-party comparative rating platforms – making it easier for our small business distribution partners to do business with us and increase their productivity.”
