Longtime insurance marketing strategist, Nanci Evarts, passed away on Friday, Sept. 24, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

In addition to her professional career, Evarts was a long-term member of the Harborlights chorus which won first place in the 2007 International Competition, in Calgary, Canada, and is competing again in October. She was also a member of a number of competitive quartets over a 40 plus year association with Sweet Adelines International.
