Burns & Wilcox hired Bill Gatewood to lead the company’s national personal lines sales and marketing, recruitment and product initiatives, effective Sept. 27.
Gatewood has more than 20 years personal lines experience with a number of leading insurance carriers.
Prior to joining Burns & Wilcox, he worked at Navigators Management Co. as a personal insurance executive where he was responsible for managing the Navigators personal umbrella and personal excess product line nationwide.
Previously, Gatewood held a variety of personal lines and branch management positions at Chubb and the Safeco Insurance Companies. .
Burns & Wilcox opertes 37 offices in nationwide and one office in London, England, and offers insurance brokerage and underwriting expertise in professional and commercial liability, property and personal lines.
