NAS Insurance Services is now offering social services risks up to a $100,000 MEDEFENSE Plus sublimit for the defense costs and civil fines and penalties associated with allegations of improper billing, HIPAA privacy, EMTALA and Stark Proceedings brought against an Insured by a governmental task force, qui tam plaintiff or commercial payor. Each Social Service applicant will be eligible to receive up to $100,000 sublimit of NetGuard Plus coverage for network security and privacy, customer notification, multimedia insurance, privacy regulatory fines and penalties and data recovery costs.
Minimum premium for Long Term Care (excluding Skilled Nursing Facilities) is $3,000.
