CNA insurance companies has announced changes in its management liability coverage form for not-for-profit aging services providers. The global business insurers’ Epack Extra policy and coverages, previously offered only to other not-for-profit organizations, is now available to providers such as: assisted-living facilities, adult daycare, independent senior housing, skilled nursing facilities and continuing care retirement communities.
Epack Extra allows producers to customize the policy to meet a customer’s specific needs with multiple coverages – such as directors & officers, employment practices liability, fiduciary and crime – all on one policy.
Effective July 1, 2012, CNA and Aon Association Services mutually agreed to end their relationship in which Aon served as the managing general underwriter for management liability product offerings for aging services providers. As a result, producers who serve this market can work directly with CNA.
