Philadelphia Insurance Companies has promoted one vice president and two regional vice presidents in marketing.
Matthew Carroll assumes the position of regional vice president of marketing in the insurer’s West region. Carroll joined Philadelphia Insurance in 2008. As a vice president of marketing for the West region, he has helped grow the company’s business in the region and developed a recruiting strategy that has produced numerous hires. He also helped launch fuel dealer and motorcycle dealer products.
Matthew Davis is the new regional vice president of marketing in the Southeast region. Davis joined the company in October of 2010 as a regional sales manager and has been instrumental in turning North and South Carolina into two of the top new business producing states in the Southeast region. He’s been the top new business producing marketing rep in the Southeast for the past three years.
Lance Goff is the new vice president of marketing in the Southwest region. Goff joined the insurer in 2001 as a marketing representative. He was named assistant vice president of marketing in the Southwest region in 2008. Goff has been named one of the company’s top salesmen in five different years.
